1:9. મેં તને બળવાન અને હિમ્મતવાન થવા આજ્ઞા કરી હતી. તેથી ભયભીત કે નાહિંમ્મત થઈશ નહિ કારણ હું તારો દેવ યહોવા છું. યહોશુઆ જ્યાં ક્યાંય તું જાય છે ત્યાં તારો દેવ, હું તારી સાથે છું.

1:9. I repeat, be strong and brave! Don't be afraid and don't panic, for I, the LORD your God, am with you in all you do."
