15:6. પ્રતિવર્ષ પાસ્ખાપર્વના સમયે હાકેમ એક વ્યક્તિને કારાવાસમાંથી મુક્ત કરી શકતો હતો. લોકો જેને મુક્તિ આપવા ઈચ્છતા હોય તે વ્યક્તિને તે મુક્ત કરી શકે.

15:6. During the feast it was customary to release one prisoner to the people, whomever they requested.

15:6. Now it was the governor's custom each year during the Passover celebration to release one prisoner-- anyone the people requested.

15:6. Now at the feast he used to release unto them one prisoner, whom they asked of him.
