51:3. યહોવા સિયોનને-એના ખંડેરમાં વસતા બધા લોકોને સાંત્વના આપવા માગે છે. તે તેની ઉજ્જડ થઇ ગયેલી ભૂમિને એદન જેવા ઉપવનમાં ફેરવી નાખશે. ત્યાં આનંદોત્સવ વ્યાપી જશે અને સ્તુતિનાં ગીતો સંભળાશે.

51:3. Certainly the LORD will console Zion; he will console all her ruins. He will make her wilderness like Eden, her desert like the Garden of the LORD. Happiness and joy will be restored to her, thanksgiving and the sound of music.

51:3. The LORD will comfort Israel again and have pity on her ruins. Her desert will blossom like Eden, her barren wilderness like the garden of the LORD. Joy and gladness will be found there. Songs of thanksgiving will fill the air.

It will be like the garden of Eden. The land was empty, but it will become like the Lord's garden. People there will be very happy. They will sing victory songs to thank God for what he did.
